Salary is $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 plus STI (10%) and stock-based LTI, with relocation support and a potential promotion to Director within 6–9 months.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• Experience with heat exchangers and HVAC systems preferred.
• Virginia PE registration desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental workflow to achieve on-time delivery and KPI targets.
• Maintain up-to-date project and sales order tracking systems.
• Oversee maintenance, enhancement, and testing of products per market demand.
• Disposition RMAs promptly and effectively.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2008 and Nuclear Quality programs.
• Coordinate resources to support QA and shop floor on demand.
• Develop and implement BOM strategy for products.
