Job summary

Accura is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on technical oversight, project execution, and ensuring compliance with standards in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of relevant experience, PE/RA credentials, and a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of engineering experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards and QA practices.
• Experience in aerospace, federal, or large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Ability to interface with clients, contractors, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers across mechanical, electrical, civil disciplines.
• Oversee planning, design, construction, and maintenance tasks for buildings and sites.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring for staff.
• Coordinate with NASA stakeholders and project partners.
