Job summary

Accura Engineering seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL. You will coordinate an onsite team, manage scope, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes leadership, client communication, and adherence to high engineering standards. Preferred candidates hold a PE or RA with 10+ years of related experience, PMP certification, and strong knowledge of project controls.

Qualifications

• Requires PE or RA with 10+ years in engineering/architecture and PM.
• Bachelor or Master in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical engineering or Architecture from an accredited university.
• PMP certification preferred; proven leadership and project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate onsite team.
• Manage task scope, estimates, and orders with customers.
• Ensure contract performance against the performance work statement.
• Supervise A&E Managers, Construction Supervisors, GIS Manager and team.
• Foster efficiency by aligning multiple work requests and resources.
