Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL.

The role leads engineering teams across mechanical, electrical, civil disciplines to deliver building and site projects, while coordinating with program leadership for timely, cost-efficient results. The candidate will guide design, construction support, and QA, ensure standards compliance, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• PE registration or Registered Architect preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant engineering and management experience.
• Experience in aerospace, federal, or large-scale infrastructure projects a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams across disciplines.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of projects for MSFC facilities.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and QA requirements.
• Collaborate with Program Manager to align deliverables with objectives.
• Provide technical direction, mentoring, and staff development.
