Job summary

Accura Engineering seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects at the Marshall Space Flight Center. You will ensure on-time delivery, budgeting, and high quality while coordinating staff and Customer representatives onsite.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in engineering or architecture project management, PE or Registered Architect, PMP preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills. This role is based onsite in Huntsville, AL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or Licensed Architect with 10+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and communicate task and project orders, scope, and estimates.
• Oversee day-to-day operations while coordinating the entire onsite team.
• Ensure successful resource planning and execution of the contract, to ensure the contract is performing to the standards established in the contract performance work statement.
• Supervise and guide direct reports, including A&E Managers, Construction Supervision/Inspection Managers, GIS Manager, and the onsite team.
• Foster synergies between individual work requests to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
