Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL to provide leadership and technical oversight across mechanical, electrical, civil, and related disciplines.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective engineering solutions in a complex government-contract environment.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering discipline or architecture.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or Registered Architect preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant engineering experience, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in aerospace, federal, or large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, project execution, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers across multiple disciplines.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of work at MSFC facilities.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to staff.
• Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and QA requirements.
• Collaborate with Program Manager to align deliverables with objectives.
• Monitor performance, schedule, and cost metrics.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
• Represent the team in meetings with NASA and partners.
