Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL. You will guide planning, design, and execution of engineering tasks, ensuring technical excellence and timely, cost-effective results.

This role requires strong leadership, extensive engineering background, and the ability to interface with NASA stakeholders while maintaining compliance with standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect is highly preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant engineering and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team across mechanical, electrical, civil, and related disciplines.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of tasks for buildings, support structures, and work sites.
• Provide technical direction, mentorship, and development for staff.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, procedures, and QA requirements.
• Coordinate with program management to align deliverables with client goals.
• Monitor performance, schedule, and cost metrics to drive efficient execution.
• Represent the team in meetings with NASA stakeholders and partners.
• Foster innovation and continuous process improvement.
