Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee engineering projects at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL.

The role ensures on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining the highest quality, with strong leadership coordinating staff and Customer representatives onsite. The ideal candidate has a PE registration or Registered Architect with 10 years of related experience; PMP is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and communicate task and project orders, scope, and estimates.
• Oversee day-to-day operations while coordinating the onsite team.
• Ensure successful resource planning and execution of the contract as per the contract performance work statement.
• Supervise and guide direct reports (A&E Managers, Construction Supervision/Inspection Managers, GIS Manager).
• Foster synergies between work requests to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
