Job summary

Syensqo is launching Foundations for the Future, an Industrial Development program for new engineers in the United States. You will participate in 18–24 month rotations across multiple sites, tackling hands-on field work and advanced analytical problems in chemical manufacturing.

Designed for entry-level graduates in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, the program emphasizes relocation every 6–12 months and rapid exposure to production, safety, quality, and cost initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills are required.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with GPA 3.0+ is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead production performance improvement projects and support engineering functions.
• Analyze and improve processes; manage reliability and cost improvements.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and interface with purchasing/construction as needed.
