Job summary

Qnity is launching its Early Career LEAP Rotational Program to develop the next generation of engineering leaders through meaningful rotations in manufacturing, automation, and digital technologies. Participants will gain exposure to advanced manufacturing, data analytics, and leadership development across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Early Career LEAP Rotational Program across manufacturing, technology, automation, and digital manufacturing.
• Engage in process improvement, data analytics, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate across multiple engineering functions and locations.
• Support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement projects.
