Evonik Corporation invites early career engineers to join a two-year Rotation Program in the United States. You will support process optimization, capital projects, and operations across manufacturing and engineering, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop solutions, and improve reliability, quality, and efficiency.

Successful candidates will hold a B.S. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, be willing to relocate within NA or internationally for the two-year

Qualifikationen

• Requires Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to work in teams.
• Excel in a project-driven, dynamic chemical manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical and methodological assistance to production areas to improve productivity and reliability.
• Assess concepts for expansions including capital investment projects and QA improvements.
• Support basic engineering, detail engineering, process development and scale-up for projects.
• Prepare engineering and design documentation for capital and customer projects.
• Contribute to scope and financial feasibility studies to secure approvals.
• Collaborate with procurement, plant engineering, supply chain, EHSQ, HR, and regulatory teams.
• Use data tools to monitor and improve processes and product quality.
