Job summary

Syensqo is seeking entry-level engineers for its Foundations for the Future Industrial development program across US sites. You will participate in rotations from day one, with hands-on field work and advanced analytical problem-solving in chemical manufacturing environments.

The 18–24 month program relocates 2–3 times, preparing you for key roles in process, production, maintenance, project, and research engineering within a growing, sustainability-focused company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering required or expected between Dec 2024 and Spring/Summer 2025.
Fluency in English mandatory; other languages a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex engineering problems.

Responsibilities

Lead production performance improvement projects and support engineering across safety, environment, quality, and capacity.
Analyze and improve current processes and manage rotational engineering projects.
Coordinate between internal/external stakeholders and interface with purchasing and construction teams.
