Qnity offers an Early Career LEAP Rotational Program designed to develop the next generation of engineering leaders. Participants gain broad exposure across manufacturing, technology, automation, digital manufacturing, and operations, with mentorship and leadership development from day one.

The program emphasizes process optimization, data analytics, and continuous improvement, with rotations across multiple engineering disciplines and diverse locations in the United States.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline from ABET-accredited institution.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Minimum six months of paid internship, co‑op, or equivalent engineering experience.

Responsabilidades

• 100% geographic flexibility to support developmental opportunities across program locations.
• Willingness to relocate as business and development needs require.
• Completion of a structured rotational program with a minimum of 3 assignments (~18 months each).
• Ability to work effectively in manufacturing, operations, technical, automation, and digital environments across multiple functions.

Formação académica
