Job summary

Scale AI’s Enablement team is building a new program to ramp Frontline Agentic Engineers quickly and confidently, with a trusted knowledge base and evolving content. You will own onboarding, documentation, and ongoing development for customer-facing engineers, partnering with leadership across Product, Engineering, and Delivery.

You’ll design role-based onboarding, establish go-to-supply readiness, and drive a cadence of live sessions and release summaries to keep tenured engineers up to date on

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in enablement, program management, technical training, or a closely related role.
• 2+ years of program management experience in fast-moving environments.
• Experience supporting technical teams (engineers or solutions engineers) at a B2B technology company.
• Strong instincts for knowledge management and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch a structured, role-based onboarding program for new FAE hires.
• Define ramped success criteria by role and communicate them to hires and managers.
• Audit, consolidate, and maintain the authoritative technical knowledge base for customer-facing engineering.
• Establish a cadence to keep content current as the platform evolves; tag owners and set expirations.
• Create a clear document hierarchy so engineers know canonical vs. deprecated resources.
• Surface the right documentation for the right audience; collaborate with internal experts to fix outdated content.
• Develop and maintain a recurring enablement cadence (live sessions, async updates, release summaries).
• Identify readiness gaps and develop targeted content to close them.
• Collaborate with FAE leadership and Enablement team; manage multiple programs with milestones; report health and outcomes.
