Notion is seeking a Manager, Enablement Programs to own the programs and operating system helping sellers ramp quickly and confidently—from onboarding to role-readiness, Field OS, and AI-enabled workflows. • Proven ability to design and run global enablement programs end-to-end (especially onboarding), including live + async modalities across regions and time zones.
• Strong program leadership and operating cadence: clear roadmaps, decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and measurement that drives iteration (not just reporting).
• Experience building scalable enablement systems (resource governance, intake processes, comms rhythms) that sellers actually use.
• AI-fluent approach to enablement: using AI and automation to improve quality, speed, and consistency of seller execution (and instrumenting adoption/impact).
• People leadership experience managing and developing a small team; sets high standards and builds a calm, high-ownership operating rhythm.
