Job summary

Scale is seeking a Program Manager, Technical Enablement to build and own the onboarding for customer-facing engineers, and to establish a trusted, evolving knowledge base as the platform grows. You will drive the full enablement lifecycle from day one onboarding through ongoing development.

You will partner with FAE leadership and the broader Enablement team to create scalable content, manage multiple programs, and measure ramp speed and readiness across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in enablement, program management, technical training, or a closely related role.
• 2+ years of program management experience with zero-to-launch in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience supporting technical teams at a B2B technology company.
• Strong instincts for knowledge management and documented systems.
• Ability to read technical architecture docs and collaborate with engineers to fix outdated content.
• Excellent written communication with a bias toward usable content.
• Proficiency with AI tools for content creation, summarization, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch structured onboarding programs for new FAE hires.
• Own and govern the engineering knowledge base, ensuring canonical docs and timely updates.
• Develop recurring enablement cadence: live sessions, async updates, release summaries.
• Collaborate with FAE leadership and cross-functional teams to align enablement content and roadmaps.
