Job summary

Notion is seeking a Manager, Enablement Programs in San Francisco to own global onboarding and role-readiness programs, including Field OS and AI-enabled enablement workflows across regions. You’ll lead a small team, set the cadence, and align stakeholders across regions to raise the bar on enablement in the AI era.

By day 90 you’ll ship the Field OS, prototype core agents for ramp, refresh onboarding with metrics, and stand up a manager onboarding track.

• Proven ability to design and run global enablement programs end-to-end (onboarding) across regions and time zones.
• Strong program leadership with clear roadmaps, decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and measurement that drives iteration.
