Job summary

Scale AI's Frontier Agentic Engineers organization seeks a Program Manager, Technical Enablement to build a new enablement function from the ground up. You will own onboarding, knowledge base health, and ongoing development to keep engineers ramped and current as Scale's platform evolves.

You'll partner with FAE leadership and cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery, while managing multiple programs and reporting on outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in enablement, program management, or technical training.
• 2+ years of program management in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience supporting technical teams at a B2B tech company.
• Strong knowledge management skills and experience with documentation systems.
• Ability to read technical architecture docs and work with engineers to fix outdated content.
• Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
• Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch a structured onboarding program for new FAE hires.
• Define ramp-up success criteria and communicate to hires and managers.
• Audit and maintain an authoritative knowledge base for customer-facing engineering.
• Establish a review cadence and assign owners with expiration dates.
• Create a clear document hierarchy distinguishing canonical vs deprecated docs.
• Develop a recurring enablement cadence including live sessions and release updates.
• Identify readiness gaps and produce targeted content to close them.
• Collaborate with FAE leadership and cross-functional teams to align enablement.
• Manage multiple programs with milestones and report on health and outcomes.
