Job summary

Scale AI is building a first-of-its-kind enablement function for Frontier Agentic Engineers, owning onboarding, knowledge management, and ongoing technical development. The role partners with FAE leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure engineers ramp quickly and stay current with platform evolution.

You will design role-based onboarding, govern the canonical engineering docs, and sustain an ongoing cadence of live and async updates to keep tenured engineers up to date on new capabilities

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in enablement, program management, technical training, or a closely related role.
• 2+ years of program management experience, with a track record of taking programs from zero to launched in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience supporting technical teams, engineers, solutions engineers, or similar, at a B2B technology company.

Responsibilities

• Build and own onboarding programs for new FAE hires, from environment setup to first meaningful technical contribution within 30 days.
• Audit, consolidate, and maintain the authoritative technical knowledge base for customer-facing engineering.
• Develop and maintain a recurring enablement cadence (live sessions, async updates, release summaries).
• Collaborate with FAE leadership and cross-functional teams to align enablement with product and GTM strategy.
• Manage multiple concurrent programs with milestones and report on health and outcomes.
