Job summary

Scale AI is seeking a Program Manager, Technical Enablement in the New York area to build and lead a dedicated enablement function for customer-facing engineering. You will design onboarding, govern the knowledge base, and drive ongoing technical development across teams.

You will partner with FAE leadership and the Enablement team to ensure ramp speed, content quality, and readiness as Scale’s platform evolves, while reporting on program health and outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years enabling engineering or technical teams.
• 2+ years of program management, from zero to launch.
• Experience supporting technical teams in a B2B tech company.
• Strong knowledge management and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and own onboarding for customer-facing engineers, with role-based structure.
• Audit, consolidate, and maintain a canonical engineering knowledge base.
• Develop recurring enablement cadence: live sessions, updates, release summaries.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery to tailor content.
