Job summary

Scale AI is seeking a Program Manager, Technical Enablement to build and own the enablement function for customer-facing engineers. You will create onboarding, maintain a canonical knowledge base, and drive ongoing technical development with live sessions and asynchronous updates.

You will partner with FAE leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and impact across Scale’s platform as it evolves.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in enablement, program management, technical training, or a closely related role.
• 2+ years of program management experience with zero-to-launch track record in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience supporting technical teams at a B2B technology company.
• Strong instincts for knowledge management and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and own onboarding programs for engineers joining Scale AI.
• Govern and improve the engineering knowledge base to keep content current and canonical.
• Develop ongoing technical development cadence with live sessions and updates.
• Collaborate with FAE leadership and cross-functional teams to align enablement with business needs.
