Job summary

Scale AI is seeking a Program Manager, Technical Enablement to build and lead a new enablement function for customer-facing engineering. You will own onboarding, knowledge base governance, and ongoing technical development to keep engineers proficient as the platform evolves.

You will partner with FAE leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure content stays current, measurable outcomes are reported, and programs scale with growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in enablement, program management, technical training, or related role.
• 2+ years of program management, with zero-to-launch experience in fast-moving environments.
• Experience supporting technical teams at a B2B tech company.
• Strong knowledge management and documentation system experience.
• Ability to read technical docs and fix outdated content with engineers.
• Excellent written communication with a bias to usable content.
• Proficiency with AI tools for content creation, summarization, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and own onboarding programs for new engineers, from setup to early contribution.
• Define ramp criteria by role and clearly communicate them to hires and managers.
• Audit, consolidate, and maintain authoritative knowledge base for customer-facing engineering.
• Establish a content review cadence and assign owners/expiration dates for docs.
• Create a clear document hierarchy differentiating canonical vs deprecated resources.
• Collaborate with internal experts to surface documentation for the right audience.
• Maintain a recurring enablement cadence (live sessions, updates, release summaries).
• Identify readiness gaps via feedback and develop targeted content to close them.
• Partner with FAE leadership and Enablement team to scale programs and track outcomes.
• Manage multiple programs with milestones and report health to leadership.
