Mindgrub Technologies in Baltimore, MD is seeking a dynamic Cyber Sales Executive, the Engagement Director, to drive growth by selling digital marketing, AI, UI/UX and security-focused services to cyber security companies and related businesses.

You will lead pitches, manage proposals, and collaborate with marketing, design and engineering teams to deliver strategies that expand existing accounts and win new ones, while navigating pricing and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; business certs are a plus.
• Familiarity with Mindgrub's services and technologies.
• Experience in Cyber Security field or cyber security sales.
• Experience using and maintaining CRMs/sales software preferred.
• Proven track record closing large accounts and komplex deals.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand Mindgrub's client relationships to grow revenue.
• Identify and procure new Cyber Security clients and retain them for ongoing services.
• Understand pricing requirements while meeting profitability targets.
• Lead pitches and proposals and draft content for responses.
• Educate clients on Mindgrub's offerings across marketing, design, and digital services.
• Coordinate with sales, production and client teams to ensure project health.
