The ideal candidate combines deep encryption domain knowledge with a proven track record in enterprise sales leadership within cyber security, networking, or critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in cyber security, networking, or infrastructure security.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in enterprise or complex solution sales, preferably involving encryption or secure connectivity technologies.
• Strong technical understanding of network encryption concepts and ability to engage with CISOs and security engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for network encryption and related cyber security products/services.
• Lead, mentor, and manage future high-performing sales team (direct and/or channel).
• Identify, qualify, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving encryption gateways and VPN/IPsec/SSL solutions.
• Build and maintain C-level relationships with key accounts, partners, and channel organizations.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to refine value propositions and GTM plans.
• Forecast accurately, manage pipeline, and report to executive leadership.
