Job summary

Generac is looking for a proactive scheduling and dispatching professional to join its Dealer Talent Network in Miami, Florida. You will be responsible for scheduling jobs, communicating with customers, and dispatching technicians to enhance the installation of home generators.

The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling and dispatching, strong parts knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role offers benefits including health insurance and a 401k plan after one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule jobs per re‑occurring tickets.
• Communicate with customers on upcoming scheduled jobs/tickets.
• Schedule approved estimates.
• Dispatch technicians.
• Create estimates as needed.
• Create invoices when needed.
