Job summary

DION GENERATOR SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced Generator Service Manager to oversee the generator service department, technicians, scheduling, customer service, and daily operations. You will dispatch technicians, schedule maintenance and emergency service, and ensure work meets manufacturer specs and codes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with standby generators, strong leadership and customer-service skills, and the ability to manage parts, vehicles, and vendor relations

Qualifications

• Experience with standby generators and generator systems.
• Strong service management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and transfer switches.
• Experience with Generac, Kohler, Cummins, or similar generators.
• Knowledge of propane and natural gas systems.

• Coordinate with installation, sales, and office staff.

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work occasional after-hours or emergency calls.
