Job summary

RES is seeking a Project Controls Manager I in Denver, CO to drive project delivery across solar, energy storage, wind, and transmission programs. The role collaborates with Construction Project Management to ensure safety, on-time, and on-budget execution, focusing on cost control, forecasting, reporting, EV analysis, and contract administration.

Responsibilities include preparing cost reports, trend forecasting, change management support, and risk analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years of Project Controls/Commercial Management in a construction environment.
• Ability to travel domestically 51 to 75%.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s license.
• Understanding of Safety and OSHA requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership, and reporting skills.
• Intermediate experience with cost databases and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Cost Control Process and reporting for multiple projects.
• Support budgeting, estimating, and cost code structure.
• Provide Earned Value Analysis and variance to budget.
• Administer contracts and subcontracts; track changes and payments.
• Develop and maintain project cost reports and forecasts.
• Support risk analysis and contingency management.
