United Grid Solutions in Greenwood Village, CO, is seeking a Project Controls Specialist / Scheduler to support engineering and construction across energy projects, including wind, solar, storage. You will manage Primavera P6 schedules, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 0-3 years in utilities, with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Travel across North America may be required; travel frequency negotiable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–3 years in the utility industry.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and track project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare monthly construction project reports with baselines, CPM, and recovery plans.
• Ensure proper accounting treatment and capital postings for reporting.
• Prepare and present executive reports and corrective action plans.
• Provide scheduling support for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with teams to set priorities and work plans.
• Develop procedures for scheduling group development and implementation.
• Travel to North American project sites as required.
