Job summary

Renewable Energy Systems Ltd in Denver, CO is seeking a Lead Project Controls Manager to lead a cost/control team across solar, wind, storage, and transmission projects. You will manage cost tracking, forecasting, contract management, and change control to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Travel may be 15–50% and you will collaborate with Construction PMs to drive reports, risk analysis, and client negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of related experience in project controls/management.
• Experience leading project controls teams on large construction/energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, forecasting, change management, and earned value analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Controls team and oversee cost tracking, forecasting, and change orders.
• Manage contracts and subcontracts, ensuring term compliance and timely payments.
• Develop and present weekly/monthly project cost reports with PMs and stakeholders.
