Job summary

Res Group in the United States is seeking a Project Controls Manager II to oversee cost tracking, forecasting, contract management and change control on BOQ projects across solar, energy storage, wind, and transmission initiatives.

You will partner with the Construction Project Management team to deliver projects safely, on time and on budget, lead cost reporting, earned value, risk analysis, and mentor staff. Travel 30-50% and hybrid work with three in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8+ years in project controls / commercial management.
• Extensive cost control and forecasting experience in construction projects.
• Travel up to 50% and valid Driver’s license required.
• Strong interpersonal and independent working capabilities; leadership and mentoring.
• Proficiency with cost management, change management and scheduling integration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost control processes, budgeting, reporting and forecast accuracy.
• Administer prime and subcontracts, change orders and payment reviews.
• Support project reporting cadence and earned value analysis.
• Assess schedule impact on cost control and advise mitigation.
• Assist client relationships and mentor project controls staff.
