Job summary

The HomeWorks Energy Specialist position is a full-time, outside sales role based in Massachusetts. You will visit homeowners, perform Mass Save energy assessments, model homes, and recommend energy-efficient improvements while earning commissions on service contracts.

You’ll travel to customer appointments from home, report to a local office about once per week, and receive paid training, with strong earning potential as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments and model homes.
• Recommend energy-saving measures and install devices when applicable.
• Initiate sales, secure contracts, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Travel to customer appointments and report to local office weekly.
