Job summary

Endless Energy is seeking motivated Home Energy Specialists to perform residential energy assessments across Massachusetts. You will engage homeowners, educate them on energy-saving solutions, and guide them through Mass Save–related improvements.

The role combines field work with consultative sales, offering a base salary with uncapped commissions. Training, certifications, and ongoing development are provided to support career growth in the energy efficiency industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable in the field and dealing with homeowners

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential home energy assessments in accordance with Mass Save program requirements
• Identify energy efficiency opportunities and educate homeowners
• Present energy-saving recommendations and potential incentives to customers
• Travel throughout assigned Massachusetts territory to complete appointments
