Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking a field-oriented coordinator to deliver energy efficiency services to homeowners and utility customers. You will advise on energy upgrades, coordinate program activities, and drive adoption of prescriptive and custom incentives.

The role combines field work (about 3 days/week) with office time (2 days/week) and involves client-facing presentations and reports. The position requires a BS or technical degree, 3–5 years in energy or utility-related fields, and strong MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in electric or natural gas utility field or related industry preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct installation of energy saving products as directed by program management.
• Promote energy efficiency programs to customers, trade allies and stakeholders.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to meet energy-saving targets.
• Initiate new business with new customers through B2B efforts.
• Lead presentations promoting energy efficiency programs to targeted groups.
