Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking an Energy Efficiency Field Specialist to provide expert advice and coordinate services for homeowners, landlords and utility customers. You will guide customers through prescriptive and custom incentive measures while balancing field and office work across the territory.

In this role you will promote programs, manage client relationships, and lead energy efficiency projects end-to-end with attention to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years in electric or natural gas utility, facilities management, HVAC design or sales, lighting, conservation or energy management.
• 2–3 years of energy efficiency and/or energy modeling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote energy efficiency programs to customers, trade allies, and stakeholders.
• Meet energy saving targets through outbound calls and new business development.
• Lead presentations and manage on-site and virtual customer engagements.
