Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking a motivated professional to deliver energy efficiency programs directly to homeowners, landlords and utility customers. You will advise on modifications to electric and gas systems and coordinate between clients and program management, combining field visits with office tasks.

Role requires 1–2 years in the energy/utilities sector, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (electric/natural gas utility field a plus).
• 1–2 years in electric or natural gas utility industry, facilities management, HVAC design, lighting, or energy management.
• Energy efficiency or energy modeling experience preferred.
• Customer service, sales or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct installation of energy saving products as directed by program management.
• Promote the energy efficiency program to customers and stakeholders within your territory.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to meet energy saving targets.
• Initiate new business with new customers through B2B efforts.
• Develop and deliver presentations to create awareness about the program.
