Job summary

Franklin Energy is a leader in integrated energy solutions and delivers field-based advisory and installation services for homeowners, landlords, and building owners in Colorado. You will provide expert advice and coordinate program delivery while guiding modifications to electric and gas systems, with a mix of site work and office duties.

The role emphasizes promoting energy efficiency, customer engagement, and data-driven reporting, with travel up to 50% as needed and a strong focus on safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; technical school considered.
• 1–2 years in electric/natural gas utility fields, facilities or lighting.
• Previous energy efficiency or energy modeling experience preferred.
• Customer service, sales or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct installation of energy saving products as directed by program management.
• Adhere to safety requirements of the organization and the utility client.
• Promote energy efficiency programs to customers, trade allies, and stakeholders.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to meet energy saving targets.
• Initiate new business with new customers through B2B efforts.
• Manage field time with customer, Trade Ally and program stakeholder visits.
• Develop and deliver presentations to raise program awareness.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person to move projects forward.
• Work with utility customers to support energy efficiency activities.
• Document on-site opportunities and prepare written summary reports.
