Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking a field-based energy efficiency program representative. You will install energy-saving products, promote programs to customers, and drive energy savings targets in your assigned territory.

You will balance on-site field work with office tasks, perform data entry, and collaborate with program managers to optimize client outcomes. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or experience in electric/gas utility fields will be considered.
• 1–2 years of experience in electric or natural gas utility industry, facilities management, HVAC design or sales, or related fields preferred.
• Energy efficiency experience and/or energy modeling knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct installation of energy saving products as directed by program management.
• Promote the energy efficiency program to customers, trade partners, and stakeholders.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to meet energy saving targets and pursue new business.
