Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a skilled Craft Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades in Deer Park, TX. You will attract, screen, and place pipefitters, welders, electricians, and more, coordinating interviews, screenings, and onboarding.

The role requires 3–5 years in craft recruitment (energy/industrial), strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in craft recruitment, preferably energy, construction or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring skilled trades.
• Strong understanding of various craft roles and skill sets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment software.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top-tier craft talent.
• Utilize channels like job boards, social media, industry contacts, schools and outreach.
• Conduct interviews, screenings, and assessments to evaluate qualifications.
• Manage the ATS to maintain accurate candidate records.
• Collaborate with project managers and hiring teams on staffing needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, screenings, and onboarding.
• Negotiate offers and extend employment contracts.
• Build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Represent Primoris at career fairs and recruitment events.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in craft recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
