The ideal candidate will source, screen, and secure candidates (pipefitters, welders, electricians, operators) while managing ATS records, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle craft recruiting within energy, industrial, or construction sectors.
• Proven ability to source, screen, and attract skilled craft professionals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract craft talent (pipefitters, welders, electricians, operators).
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, events, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry contacts.

Job Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle craft recruiting, preferably within the energy, industrial, or construction sectors.
• Proven ability to source, screen, and attract skilled craft professionals.
• Strong understanding of various craft trades and associated skill sets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally for recruitment events as needed.
