Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Craft Recruiter in Deer Park, TX for full-cycle recruitment of skilled craft personnel across energy, construction and industrial projects. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while coordinating with project managers to meet staffing timelines.

Responsibilities include managing ATS records, coordinating pre-employment steps, and negotiating offers. Local travel may be required; a HS diploma is required with a BA preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in craft recruitment.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled trades professionals.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies to attract craft talent (pipefitters, welders, electricians, operators).
• Conduct interviews, screenings, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding, manage candidate records in ATS.
• Collaborate with project managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Negotiate offers and extend employment contracts.
