Recruiting duties include designing sourcing strategies for pipefitters, welders, electricians, operators, and other skilled trades, sourcing through online boards, social media, schools, and outreach, and maintaining ATS records. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of craft recruitment experience in energy, construction, or industrial settings.
• Proven ability to source, screen, and hire skilled trades professionals.
• Strong knowledge of craft roles and their required skill sets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract craft professionals (pipefitters, welders, electricians, operators).
• Source candidates through multiple channels and manage ATS records.
• Conduct interviews, screenings, and assessments to verify qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding steps.
• Negotiate offers and extend employment contracts to selected candidates.
