Primoris Energy Services seeks a motivated Craft Recruiter to join our team in Deer Park, TX. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of skilled craft personnel across energy construction projects.

The ideal candidate will source, screen, and secure candidates (pipefitters, welders, electricians, operators) while managing ATS records, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle craft recruiting within energy, industrial, or construction sectors.
• Proven ability to source, screen, and attract skilled craft professionals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract craft talent (pipefitters, welders, electricians, operators).
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, events, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership.
• Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
• Facilitate pre-employment processes including background checks and drug screens.
• Build relationships with candidates, managers, and industry contacts.
• Attend career fairs and recruitment events to promote Primoris Energy Services.
• Collaborate with HR and project teams to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Provide updates and reports on recruitment progress.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
