You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build relationships with trades, and collaborate with project managers. The job requires ATS proficiency, compliance, and willingness to travel to career events and project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High-volume craft recruiting experience in energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Experience recruiting welders, pipefitters, electricians, and heavy equipment operators.
• Familiarity with industry certifications and ATS software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract craft talent.
• Source via job boards, social media, schools, and career fairs.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from contact to onboarding.
• Build relationships with candidates and align goals with opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers and superintendents on staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and stay compliant with laws.
