Qualifications

• 3–5 years in craft recruitment in energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled trades.
• Strong understanding of various craft roles and their skill sets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment software.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract craft talent.
• Utilize job boards, social media, industry contacts, and schools for recruitment.
• Conduct interviews, screenings, and assessments of candidates.
• Manage ATS to maintain accurate candidate records.
• Collaborate with project managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, screenings, and onboarding processes.
• Negotiate offers and extend contracts to selected candidates.
• Represent Primoris at career fairs and recruitment events.
• Stay informed of industry trends and legal compliance.
