Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Project Craft Recruiter to support staffing for energy construction projects in Hubbard, TX. This role handles full-cycle recruiting to ensure skilled craft professionals fill critical roles on site.

You will source candidates through job boards, networks, and schools, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Travel to project sites may be required, and you will work closely with project managers

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in high-volume craft recruiting.
• Experience in energy, industrial, or construction sectors.
• Familiarity with various craft roles and their required skill sets.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for craft roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, industry networks, schools, and local outreach.
• Screen and interview candidates for project-specific qualifications.
• Manage ATS to maintain accurate candidate records.
• Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to align staffing with timelines.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Extend job offers and manage pre-employment steps including background checks and drug screenings.
• Maintain positive candidate experience and relationships.
• Participate in career fairs and recruiting events as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
