Primoris Energy Services in Sherman, TX is hiring a Craft Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment of skilled craft personnel for energy services projects. This role requires 3–5 years of craft recruitment experience and a proven ability to source, screen, and hire welders, pipefitters, electricians, and related trades.

You will manage ATS records, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and collaborate with project managers to align staffing with project timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in craft recruitment, preferably within the energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled trades professionals.
• Strong understanding of various craft roles and their associated skill sets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract skilled craft talent (e.g., pipefitters, welders, electricians).
• Conduct interviews, screenings, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Manage ATS to maintain accurate candidate records and coordinate interviews and onboarding.
• Collaborate with project managers and hiring teams to meet staffing timelines.
• Negotiate offers and extend employment contracts to selected candidates.
