Primoris Energy Services is seeking a highly motivated Craft Recruiter to join our team in Sherman, TX. This role will lead full-cycle recruitment of skilled craft personnel for energy services projects, ensuring timely placement of qualified tradespeople.

Responsibilities include sourcing via job boards, social media, schools and events; conducting interviews and screenings; managing ATS; collaborating with project managers; coordinating interviews and onboarding; negotiating offers; building

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of craft recruitment experience in energy/construction/industrial sectors.
• Proven track record sourcing, screening and hiring skilled trades.
• Strong understanding of craft roles and required skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally for recruitment events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract craft talent (pipefitters, welders, electricians, operators).
• Utilize job boards, social media, industry contacts, schools, and outreach programs.
• Conduct interviews, screenings, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Manage ATS and maintain candidate records, timelines, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with project managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, screenings, and onboarding processes.
• Negotiate offers and extend employment contracts.
• Build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Represent Primoris at career fairs and events; stay updated on industry trends.
