Job summary

Franklin Energy seeks an energetic Energy Advisor to serve homeowners, landlords and utility customers. You will advise on energy improvements, coordinate field visits and drive energy savings while managing trade partner interactions.

The role blends field days with office work, requiring collaboration, data tracking and timely reporting to clients and program managers. A strong communication background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in electric or natural gas utility, facilities management, HVAC design or related.
• Experience managing staff and proactive customer outreach.
• 2–3 years in energy efficiency and/or energy modeling.
• Customer service, sales or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote energy efficiency programs to customers and stakeholders.
• Make outbound calls to meet energy saving targets.
• Coordinate field and office activities with trade allies and clients.
• Develop and deliver presentations to create awareness.
• Respond to inquiries to move projects toward completion.
• Enter data into spreadsheets and databases to track savings.
• Lead presentations and assist with rebate processes.
• Install energy efficiency products as directed by program management.
