Job summary

Seegrid is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline growth by researching high-potential industries and prospects. You will report to the Director of Strategic Sales and collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Application Engineers.

Based in or near Pittsburgh, PA or Detroit, MI, you will conduct outbound prospecting, generate qualified discovery meetings, and help shape strategic outreach across the USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; Marketing, Engineering, or Robotics emphasis a plus.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed outbound performance goals.
• Exceptional cold calling, objection handling, presentation, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation: Research top companies, locations, and key contacts.
• Outbound Prospecting: High volume outbound calls to pre-qualify leads.
• Value Messaging: Communicate Seegrid's value proposition clearly.
• Meeting Execution: Secure qualified discovery meetings for the Strategic Sales team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimize prospecting.
• Strategic Insights: Provide feedback on high-value market segments.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual pipeline goals.
• Face to Face Engagement: Attend industry trade shows and customer site visits.
