Job summary

OpenMind in San Francisco is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build the top of the sales pipeline for robotics solutions. You will identify target organizations, initiate conversations, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with the Business Development team to move deals forward.

You will also help shape how we sell into new markets by owning outbound campaigns, researching accounts, and maintaining CRM accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication for cold emails and outreach
• Ability to sustain high output and handle rejection
• Curiosity about robotics and AI and ability to explain robot solutions
• Self-directed in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities

• Build and execute outbound campaigns into priority markets
• Research target accounts and run multi-channel outreach
• Qualify opportunities on use case, budget, decision process, and timeline
• Own the accuracy of the CRM for every account touched
• Feed buyer objections and market signals back to product and marketing teams
• Hit weekly and monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generated
